Thank you for shopping with Lilly Boutique! We currently ship to all provinces within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in the Ottawa area. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup details. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. If your order is not picked up within 7 days, it may be cancelled.
Shipping Costs on Returns
All sales are final as outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy. In the event of an error on our part, any return shipping costs will be covered by Lilly Boutique.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at shop@lillyboutique.store within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf — please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to complete their review.
Do not ship anything back to us without contacting us first.
